Yoga Easy, a great way to start your morning with vitalizing warm-ups and relaxing stretches. Greet the day with energy and serenity. This class is primarily for beginners, elders and people who are recovering from trauma or illness. The simple, time-tested postures and techniques can be practiced in short, 5 minute breaks throughout your day. You can also use our little manual, "Yoga Over Easy," to fashion your own, home sessions. We encourage our students to make the transition from, "Yoga," to "MY YOGA." Instructor, for February and March, Martin Bock, Lic. Ac.

Yoga enhances flexibility and relieves stiffness of body, mind and emotions. It is one of the best methods for freeing oneself from undesirable stress and tension. Tai Chi enhances the natural abilities of balance, grace and steadiness. This class combines the most beneficial exercises of each of these ancient - tried and true - traditions. Our students learn to take their favorite portions of the course home for practice and self development.
