Each class includes:
Tai Chi Form - Moving meditation for grace, peace and balance
Bone & Skin Breathing - adjusts the quality and integrity of Yoga, Tai Chi, and Meditation
Silk Reeling Zigong - One fundamental movement to deepen and enhance every posture and stretch
This series integrates the easy balance and grace of Ecstatic Tai Chi with the flexibility and emotional harmony of Yoga. The classes support all levels of health and fitness. They promote optimal wellness, address the individual needs of students and help each person discover her or his own style of meditation in motion.
This class is held in Leominster.
