Tai Chi for Health

Begin any time.

This series integrates the easy balance and grace of Tai Chi with the flexibility and emotional harmony of Yoga. The classes support all levels of health and fitness. They promote optimal wellness, address the individual needs of students and help each person discover her or his own style of meditation in motion.

Each class includes:
The Tai Chi Form - Moving Meditation for grace, balance and enhanced vitality.
Bone & Skin Breathing - A method for recharging and circulating Qi - bio-energy.
Silk Reeling - One, simple, fundamental action to deepen and enhance every posture and stretch and improve the range of motion of each joint.
Energy practices - Qigong.

Tai Chi For Health

Fridays 3:00-4:30 PM, at The Healing Post, Leominster - 46 Franklin St.
Wednesdays 6:00-7:30 PM, at Robin's Yoga, Tewksbury - 885 Main Street.
