Welcome to The Healing Post! My name is Jenniffer, and I am a certified Trauma Recovery Coach specializing in narcissistic abuse recovery. I aim to create a supportive and healing community for survivors of emotional and psychological abuse, often referred to as narcissistic abuse.   

From personal experience, I understand that surviving this type of abuse can leave you feeling devastated, confused, and stuck in life.
